    If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of delivery.
    We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:

    Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached.

    Orders eligible for a Free Gift with purchase must include the free gift with the return.

    Free Gift must be in original condition with all tags attached.

    Return orders where the Free Gift is not included with the returned item will be charged at the full RRP amount.

    All full price items are eligible for a full refund. This includes items that have been purchased with the first order discount.

    Exceptions apply to sale items and promotional items where a discount of 30% or higher is applied.

    Items purchased during a promotional limited time sale where a discount of 30% or higher is applied are eligible for a store credit return. 

    All sale items eligible for a store credit return.

    Charges for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

    We endeavour to process returns daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

    We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment.

    Please contact our Customer Care team customercare@sunsetlover.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
